Actually, the 3-year/36,000 mile warranty expired in October since I got the car in October 2015. But, I just hit the 36k marker today.
I live 8.2 miles from work, so the miles don’t add up too quickly. This is including taking the car to Florida (from our home in Kentucky) once and to Louisville and Nashville (2 hour trips) several times.
Excuse the filthiness of the car. It hasn’t stopped raining for more than a day or so this winter here.

I had under 25k on the M3 when the factory warranty ran out, thanks to time.

I'm impressed at how well your trip odometer lines up with your regular odometer. Also, I'm pretty sure that you posted the wrong car pic, because I'm not seeing any filth.

It just photographs well, thankfully. It’s actually really bad from all this damn rain. I keep a good coat of wax on it, though, which helps.

I live in salty PA, so in the wintertime it's not filthy until you can't identify what the paint color is. Anything better than that is fine.
